
At Artists & Fleas, I worked with the Director of Markets to identify her team’s critical needs and developed creative solutions. When we launched a new application in 2018, I used Google Analytics to identify a severe drop off in application completions on our site. I knew that with the right email cadence, I could convince users to come back, finish their applications, and ultimately convert. I worked closely with our developer to implement technology solutions and built out the campaign and nurture emails in our CRM. After implementation, we saw a 30% uptick in application completions and captured user emails for future outreach. I loved thinking critically about our problem and leaning heavily on my writing skills to provide a solution.
