This project was completed in 2017.
While working as the marketing manager at Grand Central Terminal, my biggest professional accomplishment was the complete revamp of GrandCentralTerminal.com. Our website hadn’t been touched since 2012 and was in sore need of updating. I championed the project, from proposing budget, to writing the RFP, to reviewing the proposals, and finally to project managing. I wrote long-form content that was on-message for our brand, assigned and edited content, and approved all decisions with our stakeholders at the MTA. The analytics showed its soaring success with visits, pageviews, and time on site up across the board. After launch, I continued to development the site by building landing pages for SEO, reviewing analytics, and managing budget.
